Choosing one high-power engine as research object, this paper studies the composite structure dynamical property of the engine block and crankshaft, puts forward an approach of poor nonlinear joint on oil film between engine crankshaft and bearing block by using linear spring-damp element. The correctness of this way is validated by FEM calculation. Based on this foundation, composite structure dynamical property of the engine block and crankshaft is analyzed, which provides a basis for engine dynamic design.
